Sieve Washing Systems
The development of a modular and efficient washing plant concept demonstrates the technical and economic viability for the reuse of materials, including the processing of low-grade ores with water and energy savings. The Fluidjet elevator and the vibrating screen are the main equipment in these plants. These equipment reflect the development and application of state-of-the-art technologies, both for the washing and classification processes.
There are some advantages of the high-pressure washing process, such as excellent material cleaning results, low operating and maintenance costs, as well as a large possibility of adjustments during operation. There are some prerequisites for the sieving classification stage, such as, for example, project reliability and high mechanical availability of the equipment.
